Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone customer service for wholesale and retail clients, determining needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. Process sales transactions accurately, tint and mix products to specifications, stock shelves, and manage inventory control. Maintain store displays, clean equipment, and assist with deliveries and truck loading while achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Work part-time at Store #3295 in Grafton, WI, with a starting pay of $17.85/hr. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- At least a 'meets expectations' (3) rating on most recent performance appraisal (if internal)
- Completion of all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position (if internal)
Desired Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- At least a High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
