Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone customer service to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions for wholesale and retail clients. Process sales transactions accurately, tint and mix products to specifications, and pull items from the sales floor or warehouse. Maintain precise work order files, stock shelves, clean equipment, and load/unload delivery trucks while achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Ensure maximum client satisfaction by building productive trust relationships and suggesting ways to improve sales. Work at Store #8017 in Flagstaff, AZ, as a part-time position requiring English and Spanish fluency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
