Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone customer service to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions for wholesale and retail clients. Process sales transactions accurately, tint and mix products to specifications, and pull items from the sales floor or warehouse. Build trust relationships with customers while maintaining precise work order files, stocking shelves, and setting up displays. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by suggesting ways to improve sales and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Maintain in-stock and presentable store areas, clean equipment, and assist with deliveries as needed. Work full-time at Store #3707 in Chicago, IL, starting at $19.25, with a requirement for a valid driver's license and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- At least a 'meets expectations' (3) rating on most recent performance appraisal (if internal)
- Completion of all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position (if internal)
Desired Qualifications
- At least a High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
