Job Summary

StockX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Chinese/English) in Hong Kong to deliver outstanding multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, SMS) across regions, resolve escalated inquiries with empathy and accuracy, promote loyalty and repeat engagement, identify opportunities to educate users on StockX features and policies, and protect the marketplace from potential fraud. You will own customer concerns end-to-end, balance customer advocacy with business priorities, and contribute to revenue growth through elevated service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in Chinese and English, 2–3 years in CS/Sales Support/E-commerce, 1–2 years in a contact center with multichannel interaction, and the ability to handle escalations, communicate effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work varying shifts and deliver premium, brand-aligned service across email, phone, chat, and SMS.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or E-commerce
  • 1–2 years in a Contact Center environment (multichannel: phone, chat, email, SMS)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills with a sales mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
  • Willingness to work varying shifts
