Job Summary
The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist is responsible for organizing and executing day-to-day operations to optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness, and communication. This role provides inbound application and functional support via chat, webform, and phone, aiming to resolve the majority of issues without escalation and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should have a bachelor's or 2-year technical degree, customer service experience, and fluency in English and at least one additional language, with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual French/ Spanish/ Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-year Technical school degree preferred.
- Customer focus and stress tolerance.
- Superior communication and telephone skills.
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt support style to align with the technical capabilities of the customer.
- Previous customer service experience strongly desired.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical aptitude.
- Knowledge in computer hardware and software applications.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience preferred.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language is highly desirable.
- Experience or education in working with individuals from diverse cultures preferred.
