In this customer service role, representatives will interact primarily over the phone, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations. The role involves maintaining office cash accurately, completing loan applications promptly, and achieving account gain through effective customer solicitation. Candidates must possess great customer service skills, be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a background check, and have a stable work history. Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Great customer service skills
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently

Desired Qualifications

  • Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred
  • Sales experience, preferred
