Job Summary
Service clients and retain an existing book of business by conducting consultative conversations to address coverage needs and resolving billing or document requests. Generate and sell cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunities while managing policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations. Maintain an active Property & Casualty license, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and meet personal and team sales targets. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Required Qualifications
- An active Property & Casualty license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish
- P&C Insurance experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting
- 1+ year experience working in a call center environment
