Job Summary
Serve as the initial contact resolution for incoming telephone calls regarding the New Brunswick Prescription Drug Program. Assess customer needs and address issues in a timely manner, including appropriate follow-up. Educate customers on program details and handle sensitive issues with empathy to ensure satisfaction. Work in a contact center environment Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no overnights or weekends. Maintain call quality, timeliness, and availability while adhering to privacy guidelines. Fluently communicate in both English and French to provide consistent service.
Required Qualifications
- High school and one year post-secondary diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluently Bilingual (English and French) both written and verbal
- Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B)
- Fingerprinting
- Criminal Record Check
- Credit Check
- Resided in Canada for at least 5 years
- Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status
- Experience working in a PC setting with multiple software applications
- Experience navigating between applications and the internet
- Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to enter data with speed and precision
- Accurate typing skills
- Strong knowledge of PC software programs (particularly Microsoft office, Word and Excel)
