Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support Spanish-speaking customers. Requires ability to speak Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong written communication and grammar skills, plus attention to detail, are desired.
