Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a 12-month contract located in Mississauga, ON, with a hybrid model (four days in-office, one day remote). Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers, managing high-volume orders via phone, fax, email, and EDI using ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or MS Great Plains). Respond to inquiries on product availability, order status, pricing, invoicing, credits, returns, literature or sample requests, proofs of delivery, and current promotions. Process orders through the full lifecycle, collaborating with sales, distribution, supply chain planning, inventory control, and accounts receivable. Gather information and initiate product/service complaints in compliance with departmental and Health Canada timelines. Provide proactive updates to customers and Territory Managers, support one-call resolution, maintain relationships with key accounts, participate in customer-focused teams, and support BD initiatives. Requires university degree or college diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience; fluency in French and English; strong Office skills; ability to multitask; and ERP familiarity. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with a flexible hybrid arrangement and includes standard BD compensation packages and health and safety considerations.
