Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound calls for customers while maintaining a high call volume environment. Assist clients by finding solutions and demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic. Multi-task efficiently while staying composed in a fast-paced setting. Type at a minimum of 25-30 words per minute using a Windows-based environment. Work remotely from home in Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, or Texas with a shift schedule between 8:00am and 12:00am ET. Requires high-speed fiber or cable internet (10 Mbps upload/download) with WiFi connections only. All equipment is provided, and paid training is included.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Computer skills in a windows-based environment
- Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Punctual, with great attendance
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
- Must be able to pass a post offer/pre-employment background check
- High-speed fiber or cable internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download
- WIFI connections ONLY
- Hours of availability between 8:00am - 12:000am ET
