Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Loyalty Specialist to retain clients considering cancellation; handle incoming and transferred calls, resell program benefits, and address escalated or uncertain questions about the program. Responsibilities include educating clients on service value, documenting conversations in a CRM, updating client information, processing payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Build trust and rapport with clients while meeting individual and team call and retention quotas. Requires 2+ years of customer service and sales experience, Spanish fluency, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. This role is remote within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Thorough knowledge of call center policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level active listening skills
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend hours.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
