Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator supporting TJX Canada across WINNERS, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, coordinating with stores to investigate opportunities, documenting information in customer service databases, approving and communicating action plans with Supervisors, and providing feedback to internal partners. Required Qualifications
