Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator supporting TJX Canada across WINNERS, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, coordinating with stores to investigate opportunities, documenting information in customer service databases, approving and communicating action plans with Supervisors, and providing feedback to internal partners. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with internal/external partners, and experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 1-year contract with potential for development and growth within a Fortune 100 retailer.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail or Business Management preferred.
