Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Tolling)

Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a timely manner, listening actively to resolve issues and process payments while maintaining a professional tone. Research internal systems to locate missing information, manage customer accounts using technology, and accurately document all interactions. Follow client-specific processes, required scripts, and confidentiality protocols, escalating complex issues to appropriate managers to ensure first-call resolution. Stay current on program updates through training and review materials, meeting all attendance and schedule requirements. Submit to a Level II background investigation, drug screening, and pre-employment test as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer empathy
- Able to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
- Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support
- Experience working on state or federal programs
