Job Summary
Answer all telephonic calls from individuals facing mental illness, addictions, or serious emotional disorders by triaging them to determine appropriate care levels. Respond to distressed or agitated callers, coordinate referrals to CHR services or external providers, and dispatch emergency or mobile crisis response when necessary. Schedule clients with providers for treatment access, explain available resources, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple platforms. Handle high call volumes while balancing customer priorities and resolving escalated issues. Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate service with interpretation support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Intermediate to advanced typing and technical aptitude
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking)

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Prior experience working in a medical office
