Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including 80–100 outbound and inbound calls to resolve past due balances, negotiate payment plans, and process returned transactions. Research account activity, identify delinquency reasons, and arrange corrections while maintaining accurate records for all delinquent accounts. Serve as the primary contact for cancellation requests, coordinate with field representatives, and manage service termination processes including container removals. Address customer complaints to prevent cancellations, process agreement renewals, and gather customer insights for the service team. Handle bankruptcy accounts in compliance with procedures and prepare legal documents for court proceedings when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both written and verbal communication
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities; capable of directing team tasks and follow-ups
- Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of standard collections practices and financial procedures
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of experience in collections
