Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist providing multichannel support (phone, chat, email) in English and Spanish; resolve questions and issues, educate on self-service options, and track patterns to improve service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting browser/internet issues, following up promptly, maintaining a professional demeanor, and supporting metrics for interaction handling and response times. Requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, active listening, initiative, adaptability, and familiarity with common browsers and Microsoft Office; schedule runs 11:30am–8pm ET or 8:30am–5pm PT; starting pay is $17/hour. Growth-focused role with opportunities to develop skills across customer-facing channels.
