Job Summary
Schedule appointments, resolve customer inquiries, and make outbound calls to book maintenance and follow up on needs. Build lasting relationships through phone, email, and text while recommending service memberships to protect home systems. Maintain accurate customer records, ensure timely follow-up, and collaborate with a remote team through ongoing training and coaching. Requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, at least one year of high-volume hospitality experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based phone systems. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume, customer-facing hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment

- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based phone systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Not residing in Massachusetts, Minnesota, California, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, or Washington
- Availability for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
- Shift times ending as late as 12:00 a.m. CT
