Job Summary
Answer 40-50 customer calls per 8-hour shift, resolving internet connectivity issues, billing questions, and service requests while administering Rev.io, Salesforce, and ticketing systems. Enter customer data into billing software, schedule new accounts, process payments, and request adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM and escalate complex issues to supervisors. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and meet performance targets for response times and resolution rates. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to serve the diverse customer base effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- College Experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal interactions
- Ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers with account inquiries, billing questions, technical support, and service requests
- Knowledge of computers, phones, and voice features with a solid understanding of basic telephony
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft programs such as excel and word
- Ability to multitask, effectively communicate, problem-solve, and achieve organizational goals
- Strong networking concepts, internet technology familiarity, and hardware/software troubleshooting skills
- Typing skills of 35 wpm or more
- Ability to meticulously review and ensure the accuracy of customer accounts
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lb
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, and concentrate for prolonged periods
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to distinguish color in graphs, charts, etc.
- Ability to communicate and be understood clearly
- Hearing ability to interact with employees, the public, elected or appointed officials and outside organizations
