Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Care Specialist responsible for providing high-quality English and Spanish support via calls, chat, and email to Members, Shoppers, Retailers, and Partners; manage inbound and outbound communications, adhere to SLAs, and support internal initiatives and process improvements for Spanish-speaking customers. Must be fluent in both languages, able to multitask across channels, and comfortable working varied shifts with weekend coverage. Prior call center or telephonic sales support experience and strong written/verbal communication skills are required. The role involves collaboration with Operations, Experience, and Partner Success teams and contributing to a positive customer experience through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months call center experience or telephonic sales support experience
- previous customer support experience
- bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
- comfortable communicating in Spanish ~75% of the time via voice, chat, and email
- full-time availability with varying shifts including weekends
