Job Summary
Talk with families of current students to answer questions about programs and guide them to enrollment resources. Resolve customer concerns regarding programs, registrations, the student management system, accounts, and billing. Complete reports regularly that provide leadership with a picture of your area of responsibility. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with every phone call and interaction while showcasing AlphaBEST's core values to build customer loyalty. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm NC time.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
