Bilingual Customer Care and Supply Chain Representative (European language)

Provide daily support in the "order-to-delivery" processes and handle all incoming calls and emails in shared inboxes, prioritizing urgent inquiries and orders until resolution. Take charge of incident resolution and reactive communication with clients or patients, while contributing to the improvement and standardization of internal and external processes. Register and document client or patient details in internal systems and offer professional support to the Center of Excellence and the field sales team. This 12-month fixed term hybrid role is based in the Watford office, requiring fluent English and a preference for a second European language.
