Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Advocate (Defensor del Cliente) for Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) — Fully Remote, Full-Time. You will manage 50-70 member interactions daily, coordinating healthcare, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries in a fast-paced, structured environment. Requires real-time web navigation across multiple platforms, precise documentation in various systems, and adherence to compliance standards. The role emphasizes compassion, technical proficiency, and a paid 8-week training program with 100% remote schedules (training 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST; permanent shifts 8 AM-8 PM EST, Mon-Fri). Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a high school diploma (associates or higher preferred), and solid experience in customer service handling complex or sensitive issues. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is essential, as is the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and communicate clearly. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
