Job Summary
Defensor del Cliente role overseeing 50-70 daily member interactions, coordinating healthcare, medications, appointments, and benefits queries in a 100% remote, full-time setup. Requires bilingual English and Spanish, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Candidates must navigate multiple web platforms simultaneously, document in real-time, and maintain accuracy under a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The position includes an intensive 8-week paid training program, structured schedules (West/East Coast hours), and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven healthcare-services organization. Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and high-volume customer service experience are desired, with exposure to healthcare/insurance terminology preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Required Qualifications
