Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Account Representative 1 in a Rent-A-Center retail environment. You will deliver great customer service in-store and while driving the company vehicle to deliver products to customers, manage customer accounts, and ensure accounts stay up to date with company standards. The role involves moving between store locations, handling route responsibilities within the store, and providing sales-minded support to help customers own brand-name items such as furniture, appliances, and electronics. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a willingness to work full-time with benefits; Sundays off may be available.
