Job Summary
Lead cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, floor waxing, trash removal, restroom sanitization, window washing, and snow/ice removal across assigned educational facilities. Assist with facility inspections, report building conditions to managers, and cross-train staff during shortages. Requires fluent bilingual Spanish and English skills, high school diploma, and proven floor maintenance experience. Full-time 11am-7pm rotating weekend schedule with optional daily pay. Reports to Site Manager.
Required Qualifications

- Previous cleaning experience
- Floor experience (waxing)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis
