Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Remote) handle inbound customer service calls related to healthcare enrollment and support services, assist clients with plan selection, enrollment, and general inquiries, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Role requires fluency in English and one of the listed languages (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, Korean). Training consists of 4 weeks of full-time instruction; after training, schedule typically aligns with EST business hours Monday–Friday (and possible Saturdays). Remote work requires a Windows 10 setup, wired headset, stable internet, and compliance with stated scheduling. The position is a Long Term Contract with possible temp-to-perm opportunities and offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
- Must be fluent in English and designated bilingual language
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Basic computer knowledge required
