Job Summary
Contract Bilingual Content Strategist for EMEA based in Europe (Germany) to identify story opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build marketing assets in German and English for Cohere’s AI/security-focused enterprise audience. You will join a pod of content strategists and writers under the Senior Manager of Content Strategy to deliver data-led storytelling, localization of North American thought leadership for EMEA, and German-language conversion copywriting across email, social ads, and other media. Requirements include Full Professional bilingual English & German (C2), based in Europe (GMT+1/2), a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in journalism/public relations or technology marketing, and experience producing multimedia stories for non-technical audiences in B2B/tech/AI. Bonus: familiarity with the AI regulatory environment in EMEA and video editing skills. This is a 90-day contract with a remote-working arrangement in Europe; must include a link to a recent digital portfolio with the application.
Required Qualifications
- Full Professional/Full Bilingual English & German (C2) language skills
- Based in Europe (GMT +1 or +2)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 8+ years of professional experience in journalism, public relations, or technology marketing
- Experience producing multimedia stories for non-technical audiences in B2B, tech, and/or AI industries
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and editorial judgment skills
- Bonus: Familiar with the AI technology regulatory environment in EMEA
- Bonus: Video editing skills
