Job Summary
Originate new loan business by evaluating customer needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers while following up with pending applicants and closing loans. Assist borrowers by explaining the process and answering questions regarding products and processing. Service the consumer loan portfolio by taking ownership of customer concerns, resolving issues analytically, and managing insurance claims and payments daily. Build trust with customers and staff by embodying company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Meet or exceed loan goals through daily transactions and inquiries. Requires Spanish speaking skills, one year of sales experience, and eligibility for insurance licensing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Spanish speaking skills
