Job Summary
BilingualConsumer Lending Sales Specialist drives customer acquisition through storefront and online channels, delivering tailored financial solutions while managing a growing consumer loan portfolio. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on loan terms and product features, building and maintaining customer relationships through the loan lifecycle, executing community marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting branch objectives. Requires strong math, communication, and teamwork, with travel within the division for marketing and events; high school diploma or equivalent required with some college preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 (except in AL where 19), eligible to work in the USA, ability to complete post-offer screens including criminal background check and MVR
