Job Summary
Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques while delivering exceptional customer experience and managing the consumer loan portfolio. Present tailored financial solutions, educate customers on loan terms, and build strong relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. Execute and track community marketing initiatives to generate growth while maintaining strict adherence to federal and state regulations, ensuring accurate cash controls and precise documentation. Conduct collection activities and follow Loss Prevention standards to support branch financial objectives. Foster a positive team environment, participate in branch initiatives, and travel within the division for staffing and special events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Equivalent experience to sales and/or customer service
- One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections
- Strong math skills
- Ability to count cash
- Professional verbal communication by phone and in person
- Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply complex and detailed information
- Ability to work alone on occasion
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
- Ability to negotiate payment terms
- Ability to effectively communicate loan requirements
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry/business and employees
- Ability to use computer programs required to process customer transactions
- Ability to follow procedures in the normal course of business
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within division for marketing, staffing, special events, and banking responsibilities
- Must be 18 (or 19 in AL)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Desired Qualifications
- Some college
- One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections (preferred)
