Job Summary
Bilingual Concierge Advocate providing personalized support to SCAN members via inbound/outbound calls in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include resolving member issues, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, performing proactive outreach, researching issues, and maintaining member records. Requires 2+ years in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality, with healthcare/insurance experience preferred. Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese. Emphasis on customer experience, HIPAA compliance, issue resolution, and building long-term relationships; duties include reservations/bookings, guiding members through processes, and contributing to membership retention. Work mode is remote with a flexible schedule; base pay range is $22-$24 per hour, translated to annual compensation of approximately $45,760–$49,920.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Call Center, customer service, concierge or hospitality experience required
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical group preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle large call volume with excellent service
- Demonstrated time management and organization
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule (including potential second-shift)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to listen, talk and type concurrently
