Job Summary
Community-focused, bilingual, full-time role coordinating Girl Scout engagement in Chicago areas. Serves as the primary contact for volunteers, troop leaders, members, and the community; drives new and renewal growth to support organizational health; partners with volunteer managers to grow involvement; mentors troop leaders, recruits members, and ensures inclusive programs. Requires Spanish language ability, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 3-5 years’ experience, strong relationship-building, project-management capabilities, and proficiency with Office tools and Salesforce; travel within the council jurisdiction and flexible hours are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Bilingual Spanish a must
- Conversational Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Project management experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with customer service or membership sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce
- Ability to travel within the council jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
