Job Summary
Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building by connecting residents to services and conducting door-to-door outreach. Coordinate after-school and teen programs, facilitate workshops, and manage food distribution partnerships. Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers while maintaining relationships with property management and local providers. Collect social impact data, publish monthly newsletters, and manage program budgets. This part-time role (25 hrs/wk) at Reef Club Apartments in Kissimmee, FL, offers a $22.75/hr wage with benefits including a 4% 401(k) match and paid time off. Bilingual English/Spanish and a valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work an occasional Saturday for an event
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Community Development, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or a related field

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take initiative in a role that requires independence, follow-through, and consistent resident engagement
- Experience or comfort working with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations
- Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook)
- Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur
