Bilingual Community Manager

Oversee entire housing community operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management under Regional Manager supervision. Manage daily onsite staff through screening, hiring, training, and performance coaching while ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and liability guidelines. Develop yearly operating budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and execute marketing strategies to achieve net operating income. Handle resident complaints, lead emergency response teams, and conduct regular property inspections to maintain appearance and repair timeliness. Complete weekly schedules and accurate reporting on a daily basis. Bilingual candidates preferred for Summit East Nashville location.
