Job Summary
Oversee entire operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management. Supervise on-site staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing laws while handling resident complaints and implementing retention programs. Manage emergency response teams, monitor service requests, and maintain property appearance through regular inspections and vendor oversight. Achieve net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement strategies. Requires daily onsite attendance, bilingual skills preferred, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Located in Summit East Nashville with a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000.
Required Qualifications
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree
- Four year's experience in the housing industry
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
- Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
