Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a housing community, including personnel management, financial oversight, and strategic leasing. Direct on-site staff through screening, training, and performance coaching while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines. Manage resident relations by addressing complaints, implementing retention programs, and maintaining property appearance through regular inspections. Lead emergency response teams to handle property crises and coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and contractors. Ensure timely reconciliation of rent, deposits, and vendor invoices to maximize net operating income. Maintain accurate administrative reporting and lease documentation systems.
Required Qualifications
