Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to develop relationships with participants, employers, and community agencies to reach enrollment goals; perform outreach and recruitment activities; connect career seekers to job openings and training resources; assist local businesses with talent acquisition; help customers with program enrollment and access to job search resources; requires Spanish language proficiency and the ability to conduct outreach sessions, presentations, and trainings in a fast-paced, confidential office environment. Office in Omaha, NE; occasional weekend/evening hours may be required. Strong communication, public speaking, and teamwork skills are essential.
