Job Summary
Support CPP-led commercial sales by conducting account stocking visits, performing outbound calls, and managing store vehicle fleet maintenance. Assist with dispatching deliveries from order creation to dispatch, lead the organization of parts department staging areas, and perform customer deliveries following standard procedures. Engage with walk-in customers to recommend parts and services while maintaining inventory knowledge to assist with upselling. Lead commercial program operations on weekends and evenings as business demands require, routing store drivers and supporting new team member onboarding. Maintain MVR certification and execute instructions for safety rules and parts catalogs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as this role is required to have an MVR certification
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

- Speak and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals

- Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required)
- Ability to use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic inventory management skills
- Basic dispatching knowledge
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules
- Working knowledge of automotive systems
- Diagnostic ability to include internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
- Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish a plus
- Prior automotive parts experience
- Prior dispatching or logistics coordination experience
- Proven sales ability
- Formal of informal experience working in groups to achieve goals
- ASE certification
