Job Summary
Bilingual Commercial Lines Trucking Underwriter – provide bilingual English/Spanish support for commercial trucking insurance inquiries, review and underwrite applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, determine eligibility and pricing within authority, and support agency partners with quoting and documentation. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, document interactions in the agency management system and CRM, maintain exceptional customer service, and collaborate with underwriting and operations teams. Requires active 220 license, direct trucking underwriting experience, 2+ years of relevant work, and remote work outside Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Active 220 Insurance License (required)
- Must reside outside the state of Florida (required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Direct commercial lines trucking insurance underwriting experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years working as a commercial trucking underwriter or in a similar underwriting support capacity
- Proficiency with AMS, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Requirements
- Must reside outside Florida
- Not able to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or Washington
