Job Summary
Resolve outstanding toll balances and negotiate payment plans by engaging customers in person and over the phone to address account resolution, questions, and complaints. Process payments using toll operations back-office systems and manage inquiries regarding toll activities while maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners. Collaborate with customer service professionals to improve overall experience, complete end-of-day shift deposits and balancing reports, and troubleshoot customer issues. This bilingual role supports toll-related account recovery efforts at our Tampa facility, requiring fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to work shifts in accordance with operations hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
- The ability to read and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work shifts in accordance with the toll operations hours of operations
- Non-cash payment processing experience on a computerized system
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
