Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile individuals and their families. Perform Activities of daily living including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and bolus feeding. Execute range of motion activities, catheterization, oral/nasal suctioning, and oxygen administration. Maintain patient-centered care with a 1:1 patient care ratio while documenting services as directed. Work flexible and predictable full-time or part-time shifts with full clinical support available day or night.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
- Valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification
- Copy of TB test
- Current CPR
- Valid state identification
- At least 18 years of age
- Good emotional health
- Physical ability to tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to document care as directed
- Cooperative attitude toward providing services
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to walk

- Physical ability to kneel
- Physical ability to see clearly
