Job Summary
Prepare, review, and deliver closing documents, disclosures, and settlement sheets to borrowers, attorneys, and the bank while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Schedule loan closings with settlement agents and relationship managers, verify employment conditions, and manage post-closing onboarding for HELOCs. Utilize Encompass to maintain accurate loan information and collaborate with processors, underwriters, and the post-closing team to ensure file accuracy. Maintain knowledge of investor and regulatory requirements while actively participating in the GRB VIP Program behaviors. Fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated PC literacy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage Processing or Closing experience
