Job Summary

Conduct intake interviews, preliminary assessments, and diagnosis for children and families. Deliver short-term psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention using approved treatment models. Coordinate services and resources by acting as a liaison between clients, schools, and community agencies. Handle emergency calls and document all contact with students, families, and providers. Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and peer groups while maintaining strong partnerships with school and agency staff. Travel throughout the Greater New Haven area daily, with occasional in-home sessions and attendance at report card conferences required.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline
  • Associates License or Full Licensure
  • LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Desired Qualifications

  • CT Clinician's License
  • Experience with early childhood
  • Working within a school
