Job Summary
Bilingual Child Clinician to join Eliot’s Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. Provide evidence-based therapy to children and families in office, virtually, in the community, or at client residences based on preferences and clinical direction; participate in multidisciplinary meetings; triage hospital admissions with the care transitions team; conduct assessments and evaluations of children and families; involve clients and families in treatment planning; establish strong working relationships to ensure safety and well-being; Spanish-English bilingual capabilities required, with emphasis on serving Spanish-speaking/Latino clients; location-based schedule Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm; Massachusetts licensure preferred. Experience in crisis intervention, short-term interventions, and knowledge of community resources is valued. Office in Lynn, MA with potential for varied delivery modes within the CBHC framework.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other related area
- Independent Clinical Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm (flexibility to adjust hours)
