Job Summary
Join our team as a Clinical Therapist providing high-impact, client-centered therapeutic services to children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Responsibilities include delivering therapy using trauma-informed modalities, conducting assessments, maintaining a caseload, and collaborating with families and agencies. Requires a Master's Degree in Social Sciences and a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, along with bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.A.) or equivalent in Social Sciences (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field).
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Bilingual Required: English and Spanish fluency.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and child development.
- Ability to pass a clear fingerprint background screening.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Training or certification in specific modalities like TF-CBT, PCIT, or EMDR is highly preferred.
