Job Summary
Conduct in-person and virtual supplemental disease state and device education for enrolled patients and office staff across primary and specialty practices. Deliver "Train The Trainer" programs to healthcare professionals and manage territory assignments, including travel up to 80% to cover high-demand areas and Spanish-speaking patients. Present educational content in accordance with client guidelines while uncovering referral pathways across the multidisciplinary team. Complete all required training courses, competency assessments, and administrative duties such as activity reports and expense documentation. Adhere to internal and external compliance standards and codes of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License
- Proficiency in Spanish and English Language
- Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays
- Ability to complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
- Ability to effectively manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside of territory to cover as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a respiratory disease state or related field
- Previous experience in Pharma biotech as clinical educator or in sales
- Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
