Job Summary
Conduct in-person and virtual disease state and device education for patients enrolled in the program, including supplemental calls and "Train The Trainer" sessions for healthcare professionals. Travel extensively to assist in high-demand areas and cover Spanish-speaking patient needs, managing assigned territories with up to 80% travel via car or airplane. Complete all required training, competency assessments, and administrative duties such as activity reports and expense documentation while adhering to compliance standards. Attend local and national meetings to exchange knowledge and uncover referral pathways across the multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License
- Proficiency in Spanish and English Language
- Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays
- Ability to complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
- Ability to effectively manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside of territory to cover as needed
- Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the office staff
- Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
- Adherence to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct
- Willingness to complete all interview activities without the use of artificial intelligence tools or external assistance unless such assistance is authorized in advance by Inizio Engage or otherwise required in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a respiratory disease state or related field
- Previous experience in Pharma biotech as clinical educator or in sales
