Job Summary
Client Services Specialist responsibilities include maintaining positive client relationships as we deliver janitorial and carpet cleaning services; perform administrative tasks; inspect buildings for quality control of services; create work orders and follow-ups; regularly communicate with clients to ensure needs are met; and drive to assigned properties as directed by management. The role requires customer-service experience, problem solving, and solid communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus; and a valid Iowa driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
