Job Summary
Maintain positive relationships with clients while delivering janitorial cleaning services and meeting client needs. Perform administrative tasks, inspect buildings for quality control of janitorial services, create work orders and follow-ups, and communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction. Travel to assigned properties in Urbandale, IA as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, problem solving and communication.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office products).
- Experience using Salesforce a plus.
- Clean criminal background.
- Valid Iowa driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Legal adult authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
